Product Introduction
The KMH.IF is a unified air-cooled chiller designed for small and medium-sized data centers. It offers three operation modes: compressor cooling, hybrid cooling, and Free cooling, leveraging winter's natural cold to significantly reduce annual energy use.
This chiller is ideal for micro-modules or small data centers, providing stable chilled water. It adjusts compressor exhaust volume and fan frequency to precisely control water supply temperature, achieving a control accuracy of ±0.5℃.
The KMH.IF can integrate with our KMU.I chilled water aisle containment air conditioner. The host and chilled water terminal can communicate, monitor the indoor environment in real-time, and prevent inefficient operation of the chiller.
Product Advantages
The unit has three operation modes: compressor cooling, hybrid cooling, and Freecooling. It fully uses natural cold sources to greatly cut energy use.
Advanced control tech enables proper mode switching based on ambient temperature changes. It auto-adjusts compressor exhaust volume, fan frequency, and water valve opening to precisely control water supply temperature.
The unit uses quality components like screw/scroll compressors, electronic expansion valves, and shell-and-tube evaporators from well-known manufacturers, paired with a robust control system to ensure stable performance.
A user-friendly interface with a 7-inch touchscreen controller in the unit’s electrical box allows easy settings, monitoring, and group control to meet various user needs.
The compressor uses mature products from well-known manufacturers, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
The 180KW unit uses a high-efficiency single screw compressor.
The 90KW and 120KW units use Copeland double scroll compressors, which have low vibration, low noise, and a long service life.
The throttling device uses Carel electronic expansion valves.
Made with reliable technology and innovative structure, it offers flexible and extensive applications, along with precise superheat control in all conditions.
The valve body is fully made of stainless steel with copper fittings. Robotic laser welding creates a sealed structure for high precision and repeatability.
The fan uses a three-phase axial flow fan from a well-known brand, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise, and is equipped with an efficient motor for high performance.
The fan speed is controlled by frequency conversion, ensuring a smooth start, lower noise, and a longer service life.
With unique owl wing serrated blades, the fan delivers a larger air volume and even lower noise.
